摘要
以偶氮二甲酰胺/氧化锌(AC/ZnO)复配体系作为发泡剂,采用模压交联发泡法制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)/杨木粉复合发泡材料。并确定了AC/ZnO复合发泡剂的最优配比及其在复合发泡材料中的量佳用量。结果表明:AC/ZnO复合发泡剂的最优配比为1/1,当其用量为18%-22%时,EVA/杨木粉复合发泡材料的密度,回弹性和力学性能良好,而且材料的泡孔大小均匀(孔径分布为40—75μm),孔璧厚度适宜(约为1-3μm).
Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)/poplar wood powder foaming composites were prepared by molded cross-linking foam process, with azodicarbonamide (AC) and zinc oxide (ZnO) as composite foaming agent, and the optimal ratio and additive amount of the ACIZnO composite foaming agent in the foaming composite were determined. The results show that the optimal ratio of AC/ZnO is 111. When the additive amount of the AC/ZnO foaming agent is 18%-22%, the EVA/poplar wood powder foaming composite has good density, resilience and mechanics properties, and shows uniform structure of cell (the pore size distribution of cell is 40-75 μm) and proper hole wall thickness (1-3 μm).
