摘要
为落实国务院《关于加快关停小火电机组的若干意见》及全国电力工业"上大压小、节能减排"工作会议精神,省政府、华电集团已将该厂"上大压小"方案上报国家发改委。本次主要对牡丹江行洪范围的3#冷却塔及变电所进行防洪及河势影响评价。
To implement《 Guiding Opinions about closing small thermal power unit》and the spirit of ＂receiving big refusing small＂, provincial government, Huadian group has sent the scheme of ＂receiving big refusing small＂ to Na- tional Development and Reform Commission. The particle mainly set assessment at the scope of Mudanjiang flood cooling tower and substation # 3 for flood protection and river regime impact.
