摘要
建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法测定TATB纯度的定量分析方法,采用Zorbaxphenyl色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm、5μm),乙腈/水60/40(v/v)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,在354 nm检测波长下进行检测;研究结果表明:TATB纯度分析结果的扩展不确定度为0.5%(k=2),线性相关系数为1.000 0,该方法具有快速、简便、准确、重复性好等特点。
To establish a RP-HPLC method for quantitative analysis of TATB purity, TATB and by-prod- ucts were tested by a Zorbax phenyl column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile/water (60/40) as mobile phase. The flow rate was set 1.0 mL/min and the UV detector wavelength was set at 354nm. The results showed that expanded uncertainty of the method was 0.5 % (k = 2), the correlation coefficient was 1. 0000. And the method was rapid, simple, accurate and reproducible.
