摘要
采用单柱非抑制离子色谱法,选用柠檬酸一乙二胺作为淋洗液,同时分离和测定了水中Li2+、Al2+、K2+、Cs2+、Mg2+、Co2+、Ca2+、Sr2+、Cd2+和Ba2+ 10种金属离子。对测定中淋洗液的浓度、pH与离子保留时间的关系进行了研究,得出了10种金属离子的工作曲线方程,相关系数为0.9947-0.9996。精密度(RSD)为0.73%~1.99%,回收率为94.0%-102.0%。该法用于水样的分析,结果良好。
Separation and determination of ten mental cations simultaneously in water including Li2+ ,AI2+ , K2+ ,Cs2+ , Mg2+ ,Co2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Cd2+ and Ba2+ by single column nonsuppressed ion chromatography, citric acid and ethylenediamine as the eluent. On the determination of eluent concentration, pH and ionic retention time were studied.Regression equation of the calibration curves for all the ten mental cations were presented, with correlation coefficients in the range of 0.9947-0.9996, RSD' s 0.73%-1.99% and recoveries 94.0%-102.0%.This method can be used for analysis of water samples, obtaining satisfactory results.
