摘要
                
                    以睡莲3个杂交组合的幼胚为外植体,研究了胚龄、基本培养基、植物生长调节剂配比对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:1/2MS为最适的基本培养基;3个杂交组合在1/2MS+2,4-D2.0mg/L+6-BA2.0mg/L培养基中愈伤组织的平均诱导率均最高,分别为56.4%、21.5%和47.9%;授粉后13—18d为幼胚培养的最佳时期。
                
                Using the young embryos of 3 hybrid combinations of water lily as explants, the author studied the effects of embryo age, basic culture medium, the type and concentration of plant growth regulators on the callus inducement from the embryos. The results showed that 1/2MS was the optimum basic culture medium. The average callus inducement rates of 3 hybrid combinations in 1/2MS + 2,4 - D 2.0 mg/L + 6 - BA 2.0 mg/L were all the highest, being 56.4%, 21.5% and 47.9% respectively. When the embryo age was 13 - 18 days, the water lily embryo culture was easy to be successful.
