摘要
为优化控制系统参数,提高数控平台的稳定性和精度,分析了永磁同步电机的数学模型,基于id=0矢量控制策略实现转子磁链定向控制,采用带饱和限幅的PI调节器实现速度环和电流环控制,从而构建了交流伺服控制系统。利用Matlab/Simulink和InTouch建立了控制系统和机械系统仿真模型,开发动态数据交换协议实现二者联合仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效调节控制系统参数,为数控平台系统设计和调试提供指导。
To optimize the control system parameters and improve the stability and precision of NC platform,the mathematic model of PMSM is analyzed,the rotor field oriented control is realized based on id =0 vector control strategy,and the speed loop and current loop are controlled by using PI regulators with saturation characteristic.Thus,the AC servo control system is constructed.The simulation of control system is established with Matlab/Simulink,and the simulation of mechanical platform is constructed with InTouch.In order to realize the united simulation of control system and mechanical system,the dynamic data exchange is developed.The results of simulation show that the simulation method is effective to regulate control system parameters,and it provides the reliable basis for the design and debug of NC platform system.
