摘要
针对异步电机故障自激现象,提出了一种异步电机故障自激的阻尼抑制策略。在对自激原理及阻尼抑制策略进行分析的基础上,推导了变频器-电机一体化系统的传递函数,通过奈奎斯特判据对其幅频特性和稳定性进行了分析,论述了等效电路模型及状态矩阵方程,研究了自激频率点与滤波电容之间的关系曲线,得到了故障自激发生概率较大时的滤波电容取值范围;通过状态矩阵方程和根轨迹法推导出有效抑制故障自激的阻尼电阻取值范围。以MTA A4-200型异步电机为研究对象,通过仿真针对异步电机的故障自激现象及阻尼抑制策略进行了验证,结果表明:阻尼抑制策略对故障自激拥有比较好的抑制效果。仿真结果与分析结果一致,验证了阻尼抑制策略的正确性。
According to self-excitation in fault phenomenon of asynchronous motor, a damped inhibition strategy of self- excitation in fault of asynchronous motor was put forward. Based on the analysis of self-excitation principle and damped inhibition strategy, transfer function of converter-motor integrated system was derived, amplitude-frequency characteristics and stability of integrated system were analyzed by means of Nyquist criterion, the equivalent circuit module and state matrix equation were discussed, the relationship curve between self-excitation frequency and filter capacitor was researched, the value range of filter capacitor was obtained when the occurrence probability of self-excitation in fault was relatively great; the value range of damping resistance that inhibiting self-excitation in fault effectively was derived by using state matrix equation and root-locus strategy. Taking MTA A4-200 Asynchronous motor as the research object, the self-excitation in fault phenomenon and damped inhibition strategy were verified through simulation and tests, the results show that the damped inhibition strategy has good inhibition effect of self-excitation in fault phenomenon, the correctness of damped inhibition strategy was also verified by the uniform results of simulation, tests and analysis.
