摘要
从对辅导员传统工作质量观的审视出发,文章在对传统质量观和现代质量观作出分析比较的基础上,提出一种尝试性方案,导引高校辅导员通往正确质量实践之路。这种方案要求辅导员的工作实践要具备目标的合理性、主体的自觉性、方式的科学性、手段的先进性、形式的协调性和结果的积极性。文章认为,在反思基础上提出的新方案,既反映时代要求和教育规律,又蕴含内在的伦理价值,某种程度上是对人的一种解放。
Starting from the reflection of the traditional view of quality about counselors＇ work,this paper proposes a trial plan which leads the counselors＇ work in universities and colleges in the way of the right quality practice on the basis of analysis and comparison of the traditional and modern views.The plan requires the counselors＇ work of reasonable goals,subject awareness,advanced approaches,coordinative forms and positive results.The paper thinks that proposing a new plan based on reflection reflects the demands of time and the laws of education and holds the ethics value and also is liberty of human natures in some sense.
