摘要
预算绩效评价是高校预算管理工作的重要环节.高校应在建立绩效评价组织机构的基础上,确定符合高校要求的预算绩效评价体系.基于预算的执行过程,对预算中期执行的绩效控制、预算执行效果的绩效评价,以及预算绩效评价信息的反馈进行了探讨,并提出了相应的建议.
Implementing performance evaluation is an important part of budget management in colleges.This paper puts forward that we should determine proper evaluation system of budget performance for colleges based on establishing institutional organization for performance evaluation.Meanwhile,it discusses performance control in the medium term of budget,performance evaluation of budget implementation effect and feedback of performance evaluation information,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
