摘要
目的:调查麻醉药品的管理现状,促进麻醉药品的合理使用。方法:采用查看管理文件、麻醉药品处方、使用登记和账册的方式,对某市可配备麻醉药品的23家医疗机构进行现场调查,统计麻醉药品的年度医疗消耗量,并采用限定日剂量法计算麻醉药品的使用频率。结果:二级医院麻醉药品管理基本合格;一级医院和民营医院存在"五专"管理不规范,安全管理有待加强,哌替啶作为主要使用品种等不足;麻醉药品使用剩余药品管理和空安瓿回收管理是全市麻醉药品管理中的难点。2012年某市吗啡和哌替啶的年度人均消耗量分别为0.523 mg和1.902 mg。结论:有必要进一步加强基层医疗机构麻醉药品管理,保障麻醉药品的可及性,满足疼痛患者的治疗需要。
Objective：To investigate the management status of narcotic drugs,and promote the rational use of narcotic drugs in a city.Methods：The methods of checking management files,prescription,registration and account books of narcotic drugs were used.23 medical institutions which could be equipped with narcotic drugs were investigated on the spot.The annual medical consumption of narcotic drugs was collected,and the using frequency of narcotic drugs were calculated according to the defined daily doses.Results：The management of narcotic drugs was basically in place in level II hospitals. ＂Five special managements＂ was not standardized,security management needed to be strengthened,and pethidine used as the main specie was not sufficient in level I hospitals and private hospitals.The management of remaining drugs and empty ampoules recovery was difficult in the management of narcotic drugs in the city.The annual per capita consumptions of morphine and pethidine were 0.523mg and 1.902mg in the city in 2012.Conclusion：It is necessary to further strengthen the management of narcotic drugs in primary healthcare institutions so as to guarantee the availability of narcotic drugs and meet the treatment needs of patients with pain.
