摘要
阐述了漳州市海洋经济取得的成就与存在的问题,对海洋经济制约因素进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了漳州市海洋经济发展的路径:制定蓝色经济区发展规划,实施"海洋强市"战略;加快中心城市发展,增强城市集聚和辐射功能;大力发展临港工业和滨海旅游业;加强和完善涉海设施建设;健全海洋开发管理与保护机制;坚持不断创新,实施"科技兴海"战略;积极拓展海洋经济发展外向空间。
The achievements and existing problems of Zhangzhou marine economic are illustrated. The constraints of marine economic are analyzed. Based on this, Zhangzhou Marine economic development path are proposed： developing blue economic zone development planning, and implementing the strategy of ＂Flourishing the City through the Ocean＂; accelerating the development of central city, and boosting concentration and radiation functions of the city; vigorously developing the port industry and coastal tourism; strengthening and improving the facilities construction related to the sea; improving the management of marine development and protection mechanisms; adhering to innovation, and implementing the strategy of ＂Technology and the Sea＂; actively expanding the outward space of development of marine economy.
