摘要
通过吉林省典型环境污染事故案例的经济损失调查与直接经济损失、间接经济损失计算,探索建立适用于吉林省的污染修复与生态恢复费用评估方法,尝试对吉林省环境污染事故导致的后果进行定量化评估,分析环境污染事故经济损失计算过程中存在的问题。
Through the typical environment of Jilin province economic loss of pollution accidents cases investigation and calculation, the direct economic losses, indirect economic loss to establish suitable for pollution remediation and ecological restoration of Jilin province cost estimation method, trying to Jilin province through the quantitative evaluation on the consequences of environmental pollution accident, analysis of environmental pollution accident economic loss problems existing in the process of calculation.
