摘要
目的 研究石生齿缘草的药材显微鉴别特征,为石生齿缘草药材的鉴定提供实验依据.方法 采用石蜡切片、撕取表皮法制片及粉末透化制片后观察拍照,对药材的茎和叶进行显微鉴定.结果 石生齿缘草显微特征为茎维管束8～12束,无限外韧型,表皮细胞外被角质层,韧皮部窄,韧皮射线不明显;木质部细胞壁均木化,叶上表皮细胞垂周壁呈连珠状增厚,下表皮细胞呈多角形、较小,垂周壁呈微波弯曲,气孔不定式、密集,非腺毛极多.结论 以上特征可为石生齿缘草的鉴定提供参考依据.
Objective To study the microscopic identification of Eritrichium rupestre, and to provide experimental basis to iden- tify it. Methods The microscopic identification of stems and leaves of Eritrichium rupestre was studied with the method of paraffin sec- tion,leaves epidermal section and transdermal section. Results The microscopic characteristics of Eritrichium rupestre were remarkable ： in stem ,8 - 12 open collateral vascular bundles were arranged in one circles. Epidermal cells were covered by euticleis. Phloem was nar- row, and phloem rays were not significant. Xylem cell walls were all lignified. Anticlinal wall of upper epidermis cells thickened like mo- niliform,lower epidermis was like waves with irregular. The type of Stoma was anomocytic. There were many non -glandular hairs. Conclusion These features can provide references for identification and quality standard of eritrichium rupestre.
