摘要
实验通过研究沼液对加工番茄品质及产量的影响,旨在探明沼液的最佳施用量,保障加工番茄的安全生产。在农民常规施肥四分之三的基础上,试验设5个处理T1:7500 kg·hm-2,T2:15000 kg·hm-2,T3:30000 kg·hm-2,T4:45000 kg·hm-2以不施沼液为对照(CK)。结果表明:施用沼液可增加加工番茄的果实硬度、维C含量、总糖含量及产量,降低烂果率和硝酸盐含量,沼液施用量越多,产量越高,品质越好;并且得出最佳施用量为:T3:30000kg·hm-2处理。
Experiment was conducted to study the effect of drip irrigation with biogas slurry on yield and quality of process- ing tomato so that to find an optimal applying quantity of biogas slurry and ensure the safety. Three-quarters of fertilization were farm's conventional fertilization with chemical fertilizer, and the other one-quarters of fertilization adopted the drip ir- rigation with different amount of biogas slurry: T1 7500 kg · hm^-2, T2 15000 kg· hm^-2, T3 30000 kg· hm^-2 ; T4 45000 kg · hm^-2, and a control (CK) with no biogas slurry. The results showed that the application of biogas slurry could in- crease the fruit firmness, vitamin C content, total sugar content and yield, reduce the rotten fruit rate and nitrate content. The more biogas slurry applied, the higher the output and better quality. And the optimal application quantity was T3 30000 kg · hm^-2.
