摘要
目的探讨Lorenz散点图的B线斜率与长程动态心电图数据中单源频发性室性早搏起源的相关性。方法将90例单源频发性室性早搏病例的24h动态心电图数据做成Lorenz散点图,计算B线斜率,对比不同起源室性早搏组的B线斜率差异。结果 90例单源频发性室性早搏不同起源组间Lorenz散点图B线斜率比较,P<0.05,有显著差异。结论 Lorenz散点图可用于初步诊断心律失常类型,其B线斜率特征与室性早搏起源有相关性。
Objective ：To discuss the correlation between the B line slope of Lorenz Plot（LP） scatter and the frequent uni -source ventricular premature from Ambulatory electrocardiogram （AECG） data. Methods：Lorenz plot were made from the data of 24h AECG of 90 ventricular premature patients. Then the B line slope from LPs were analyzed in contrast between 3 different teams. Result：There is a different characteristic between the B line slope of 3 teams of 90 patients of frequent uni - source ventricular premature. Conclusion： Lorenz plot can be used for preliminary diagnosis of arrhythmia type, there is a correlation between the features of B line slope and ventricular premature origin.
