摘要
目的观察益气补肾化瘀通络中药对原发性肾病综合征(PNS)激素维持治疗阶段的治疗作用。方法将90例PNS在激素维持治疗阶段的患者随机分为2组,对照组45例予单纯激素治疗,治疗组45例在对照组基础上予益气补肾化瘀通络中药治疗。2组连续治疗6个月,观察治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率84.62%,对照组58.33%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组治疗前后在减轻患者临床症状、减少蛋白尿方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组的终点事件发生率低于对照组。结论益气补肾化瘀通络中药联合激素对PNS激素维持治疗阶段的治疗作用明显优于单纯激素治疗。
Objective To observe curative effect of reinforcing - kidney and stasis - dissolving herbs on pri mary nephrotic syndrome in hormone maintenance stage. Methods Ninety patients of primary nephrotic syndrome in hormone maintenance stage were randomized into two groups：forty- five cases in treatment group and forty- five ea ses in control group. Control group received only hormone treatment. Treatment group received reinforcing - kidney and stasis - dissolving herbs on the basis of hormone treatment. Efficacy of treatment was studied after six months of treat ment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 84.62%, obviously higher than 58.33% of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In treatment group, the clinical symptoms and 24 hours urinary protein before and after treatment were compared, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The endpoint events rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion The curative effect of reinforcing - kidney and stasis - dissolving herbs on primary nephrotic syndrome in hormone maintenance stage was obviously better than the treatment of simple hor mone.
