摘要
农村小学校点分散,教师人数少,学生家庭教育环境受限,课外活动面窄,导致农村小学的办学质量提升困难,具体表现在教学手段落后,教师现代教育技术能力提升困难,教学管理粗放,学生在校活动单调。当前,农村小学的教育技术装备的硬件条件有了很大提高,应该加大数字化农村小学建设,从师资提升、管理优化、课程建设等方面着力,有效提升农村小学的办学水平,促进城乡教育均衡发展。
Rural primary schools are scattered in countryside,teachers are in small numbers,students don't have a good family education environment, and their extra - curricula activities are insufficient. All these reasons result in difficulties of improving the quality of na'al primary schools. The specific problems are:the underdeveloped teaching methods, the difficulties of improving teachers' modem educational technology competence, the extensive school management and students' dull activities at school. Currently, the hardware conditions in rural schools have been improved greatly.Rural primary schools should strengthen the construction of digital rural schools,focus on teaching staff's improvement, management optimization and curriculum construction,thus to improve the quality of mml primary schools and promote the balanced rural and urban education.
