摘要
以双端含氢聚硅氧烷和烯丙基聚醚为原料、以氯铂酸为催化剂,在无溶剂条件下合成端基聚醚-b-聚硅氧烷。探讨了端基聚醚-b-聚硅氧烷系列在现代涂料体系中的流平性能、体系相容性、存储稳定性、pH值适用范围、热稳定性以及迁移性能。研究表明:端基聚醚-b-聚硅氧烷相对较小的分子质量以及在湿膜中较强的迁移能力,有着比普通聚醚改性聚硅氧烷更为优越的体系相容性和流平性能。并简单探讨了端基聚醚-b-聚硅氧烷在现代涂料体系中用做有机硅流平剂的作用机理。
Used the double-ended hydrogen polysiloxane and allyl polyether as raw materials, chloroplatinic acid as catalyst to synthesize terminated polyether-b-polysiloxane under the absence of a solvent. Discussed the leveling propellies, system compatibility, storage stability, pH suitable range, heat stability and migration properties of the terminated polyether-b-polysiloxane series in modem coating systems. Studies have shown us that the terminated polyether-b-polysiloxane have a more superior system compatibility and better leveling property than the normal polyether-modified polysiloxane, which has a relatively small molecular weight and in the wet film strong migration. Simply discusse the mechanism of terminated polyether-b-polysiloxane which is used as a silicone leveling agent in modem coating systems.
