摘要
采用氯化钙高温焙烧活化—硫酸浸出的方法对富铌渣中的铌、钛、钪和稀土进行了综合提取,研究了活化剂加入量、活化温度、活化时间、硫酸浓度、提取温度和提取时间等对提取率的影响,结果表明:活化剂用量为60%,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间1 h^2 h,浸出酸度6 mol/L,浸出时间3 h,铌的提取率在85%以上,钪、钛的提取率均在90%以上。
The niobium enriched slag was decomposed by calcium chloride activator at high temperature. Then the niobi- um, titanium, scandium and rare earths were leached out by sulfuric acid. Effects of activator volume, activation temperature, activation time, concentration of H2S04, leaching temperature and time on leaching rate were researched. The results shows that under the conditions of activator volume 60%, roasting temperature 800 %, roasting time 1 - 2 hrs, concentration of sul- furic acid 6 mol/L and leaching time 3 hrs, the leaching rates of niobium is over 85% , and the leaching rates of scandium, ti- tanium are all over 90%.
