摘要
在非隔离型光伏并网逆变器应用中,一个重要的要求是残余电流保护功能。在此功能的设计中残余电流的采样、检测及计算方法尤为关键。文中首先通过理论和仿真分析了标准所规定的模拟方法下的残余电流波形,进而针对波形的特点提出了采样及计算方法,最后针对一款具体产品进行了实测并给出了波形和结论。
In the applications of non-isolated PV grid-connected inverter, an important requirement is the residual cur- rent protection. A design method of residual current protection, which is important for non-isolated grid-connected solar in- verter, is proposed in this paper. In the design of this feature, the residual current sampling, testing and calculation meth- ods are particularly critical. This article firstly analyzed the residual current waveform by the simulated method under the standard based on the theory and simulation analysis. Then proposed the sampling and calculation methods for the charac- teristics of the waveform. Finally carried out for a specific product and gave the measured waveform and conclusions.
