摘要
新时期我国大体形成了规模扩展型和集聚型城镇化的主体格局,促成以原有城市为依托、规模拓展为主要特征的城镇化新潮流,构成了中国现代化、城镇化进程中的主旋律.处于社会转型时期,新型城镇化作为扩大我国内需的最大潜力所在,势必对城乡地方行政区划体制带来挑战和压力,对其改革亦提出新的诉求.文章着重探讨新时期新型城镇化的科学内涵和基本内容,并针对性地提出了行政区划体制改革的相应措施.
In the new period, China has generally formed the principal pattern of expanded and clustered urbanization, started the new trend of urbanization with the main feature of the expansion of the scale of the original city, and constituted the theme in the process of modernization and urbanization. The new urbanization as greatest potential for expanding the domes- tic demand in social transition period is bound to bring challenges and pressure to administrative division system in urban and rural areas, and to propose new appeals for reforming it. This paper focuses on the scientific connotation and basic con- tents of new urbanization, and pertinently puts forward the response measures for administrative division system reform.
