The horizontal well engineering design procedures(drilling, completion, next reservoir reconstruct) can not meet the unconventional reservoir effective development.A new engineering design process which took the stimulated reservoir volume(SRV) maximization as the core was established by numerical simulation of reservoir and fracture simulation without considering wellbore conditions, which including:(1) optimizing wellbore trajectory from transverse and longitudinal fracture, research showed that yield of transverse fracture could be improved by 25% than longitudinal fracture in unconventional tight reservoir, therefore the horizontal well trajectory of unconventional tight reservoir should be distributed along a minimum horizontal principal stress direction;(2) establishing the construction parameters of maximum SRV design to determine the maximum transformation volume;(3) according to the determined SRV,proposing the optimization design of multi-stage fracturing, and analyzing the features and adaptable conditions of sectionlization tools. Finally a set of optimization design method which including drilling and completion and SRV treatment was obtained. It was suitable for the high efficiency development of unconventional tight oil and gas reservoir.
