摘要
木素是自然界重要的天然有机物,是制浆黑液中的重要组分,不断开发黑液中木素的应用,充分实现其价值最大化是造纸业界研发的重要内容之一。采用LignoBoost技术将制浆黑液中的木素萃取出来,转化为固体生物质,提高了黑液的回收效率和对木素的综合利用。本文主要介绍了LignoBoost技术的发展历程、工艺流程和商业化案例等。
Lignin is an important natural organic substance afforded from nature and it is one of the important components of black liquor from chemical pulping plant~ Constantly promotion of use of lignin from black liquor and realizing its value maximization are one of important R＆I） areas of paper industry. Also it is a great help for sustainable development of paper industry. LignoBoost technology will help to extract lignin from black liquor and convert it into solid biomass; this technology will greatly improve the recovery efficiency of black liquor and utilization of lignin. This paper described LignoBoost technology of lignin extraction from pulping black liquor including its development background, technology process, and the commercialization case.
