摘要
粮食安全是一个具有特定含义的科学概念。中国粮食需求在较长时期内将保持增长的态势,粮食安全依赖于一定数量的耕地作为基本保障。耕地保护问题是关系国计民生的首要问题,是维系国家政权稳固的重大问题。依法保护耕地是保障国家粮食安全的根基,是实现中国现代化的根本,已成为"十二五"发展时期的焦点问题。
food security is a scientific term with specific meaning. Food demand in China will maintain a growth trend in the long term; a certain amount of arable land is a basic guarantee for food security, The cultivated land protection is the primary problem in people＇s livelihood; it is the major problems for national regime steady. In accordance with the law to protect arable land is the foundation of national food security, it is the fundamental guarantee to realize China＇s modernization, it has become the focus issues in the 12th Five Year Plan period.
