永磁同步电动机交轴与直轴电抗仿真分析

Simulation analysis for reactances of quadrature-axis and direct-axis of permanent magnet synchronous motor

摘要 针对传统的电动机磁路计算忽略了铁芯等区域的磁阻而不能准确计算电动机交轴、直轴电抗的问题,采用电磁分析软件Maxwell对一台内置式永磁同步电动机进行电磁分析。分析结果表明,在计算交轴和直轴电抗时,可以不考虑直轴磁路饱和,但必须考虑交轴磁路饱和;直轴磁路和交轴磁路存在着共磁路问题,在计算交轴、直轴电抗时,不能忽略磁路交叉饱和对电抗的影响。 In view of problem that traditional magnetic circuit calculation for motor cannot accurately calculate reactances of quadrature-axis and direct-axis of motor because reluctance of iron core is neglected, the paper used Maxwell software to make electromagnetic analysis for an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor. The analysis results show that it cannot consider saturation of magnetic circuit of direct-axis, but must consider saturation of magnetic circuit of quadrature-axis when calculating reactances of quadrature-axis and direct-axis. There is cross magnetic circuit in direct-axis and quadrature-axis, so influence of cross saturation of magnetic circuit on reactances cannot be neglected when calculating reactances of quadrature-axis and direct-axis.
