摘要
目的 建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定中肝合剂中芍药苷和栀子苷含量的方法。方法 用C18ODS柱 ,以乙腈 0 .1%磷酸为流动相 ,检测波长 2 30nm。结果 平均回收率 :芍药苷 98.78% (RSD =2 .43% ,n =5 ) ;栀子苷 99.6 0 % (RSD =1.88% ,n=5 )。结论 该方法简便 ,快捷 。
OBJECTIVE A RP HPLC method was establised for the determination of paeoniflorin and geniposide in Zhonggan oral liquid.METHODS The c 18 column was used.The mobile phese was consisted of CH 3CN 0.1% H 3PO 4(15∶85).The detection wavelength was at 230 nm.RESULTS The average recoveries were 98.78%( RSD=2.43%,n =5)for paeoniflorin and 99.60%( RSD=1.88%,n =5)for geniposide,respectively.CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid and accurate.
