摘要
目的观察清热化湿方熏洗治疗湿热下注型阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,观察组采用清热化湿方(药用苦参、黄柏、龙胆草、蛇床子、地肤子等)熏洗治疗,对照组采用保妇康栓治疗,7 d为1疗程,对比2组治疗2疗程后疗效。结果观察组总有效率96.7%高于对照组的80.0%,2组比较,P<0.05。结论清热化湿组方熏洗治疗湿热下注型阴道炎,具有清热化湿解毒、杀虫止痒之功,能有效缓解患者症状,且无不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect heat of Qingre Huashi Prescription on leukorrheal vaginitis. Methods Selected 60 cases with leukorrheal vaginitis admitted in our hospital from 2011.1 to 2011.12,randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group was given washing treatment of Qingre Huashi, while the control group was treated by Baofu Kang Shunan for 7 d as a period of treatment, compared treatment effect of two groups after 2 courses. Results After treatment, the integral improvement and the total effective rate of observation group are significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of Qingre Huashi Prescription on leukorrheal vagini- tis is clear, can effectively alleviate the symptoms as an effective method to treat leukorrheal vaginitis.
