摘要
目的探讨针刺结合运动疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2012年8月-2013年7月收治的60例急性腰扭伤患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组患者给予针灸火罐治疗，1次／d；观察组患者给予针刺威灵穴、精灵，留针15min，每间隔5分钟行针1次，并配合运动治疗，1次／d，5d后观察两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后，观察组的VAS为（0．8±0．3）分，明显低于对照组的（2．4±0．7）分，差异有统计学意义（x^2=5．334，P=0．012）；观察组的总有效率为90．0％，明显高于对照组的70．0％，差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．278，P=-0．026）。结论针刺结合运动疗法可显著降低急性腰扭伤患者的VAS，具有较高的临床疗效。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with kinesitherapy in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods 60 patients with acute lumbar sprain in our hospital from August 2012 to July 2013 were retro- spectively analyzed and rondomly divided into observation group and control group,30 patients in each group.Control group patients were treated with cupping,once per day.Observation group patients were treated with weiling and jingling of acupuncture,maintained for 15 minute,every 5 minutes pin 1,and kinesitherapy once per day.The clinical effect of two groups after 5 days were observed.Results After treatment,VAS of observation group was （0.8±0.3）points,obviously lower than that of control group[（2.4±0.7）points],with statistical difference（x^2=5.334,P=0.012）.The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0%,obviously higher than that of control group（70.0%）,with statistical difference（x^2=4.278,P= 0.026）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with kinesitherapy can greatly lower down the VAS of patients with acute lumbar sprain,which is very effective in clinic.
