摘要
本文以桉木硫酸盐浆为原料,研究了氢氧化镁引入方式(NaOH,NaOH+Mg(OH)2、NaOH+MgSO4)对过氧化氢漂白废液中溶出木素、碳酸根、草酸根、甲醇含量的影响。研究结果表明:在相同目标卡伯值下,体系内直接生成氢氧化镁(NaOH+MgSO4)的漂白废液中溶解木素、草酸根含量比未添加镁和直接添加氢氧化镁两组低,而对碳酸根、甲醇的生成量则未产生显著影响,即显著降低了漂白废水的污染负荷(溶解木素等)及结垢阴离子的生成量(碳酸根+草酸根)。因此,本文认为漂白体系内直接生成氢氧化镁是氢氧化镁的最优引入方式。
This paper reported an investigation on the effect of Mg(OH) 2-introducing modes on the components, i. e. , the dissolved lignin, methanol, carbonate, and oxalate in the effluents of the eucalyptus kraft pulp bleaching with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 ). There are three ways to introduce Mg(OH)2 into the bleaching system, i. e. , the direct-addition, or fresh-formed Mg(OH)2 by adding magnesium sulfate into a pulp slurry pre-mixed with sodium hydroxide, or vice verse. The results showed that at the given Kappa number, the amounts of dissolved lignin and oxalate in the effluents of the fresh-formed Mg(OH)2 systems were less than those in the directly adding Mg(OH)2 or Mg(OH)2-free system ; However, there were no significant differences for the amounts of methanol and carbonate generated in these system.
