基层医院年龄≥75岁心房颤动患者抗凝治疗体会

摘要 心房颤动是一种常见的严重心律失常，在≥70岁人群发生率约5％，心房颤动引起脑栓塞是其主要并发症。在新版的欧洲指南中，年龄≥75岁是脑卒中的高危因素，但在实际中，此类心房颤动患者应用华法林抗凝并不易行。本文旨在总结基层医院中年龄≥75岁心房颤动患者的抗凝治疗体会。
