甘蔗亲本间遗传距离的测定及其与杂种后代主要经济性状的关系 被引量:1

摘要 在本研究中,测定了7个甘蔗亲本间的两种遗传距离,并研究了这两种遗传距离和杂种主要经济性状的相关,主要结果是:无性世代遗传距离和杂种茎径有显著正相关;有性世代遗传距离和杂种茎径、丛重、丛重×锤度有显著正相关。因此,建议把有性世代遗传距离作为亲本选配的重要指标。 In present study,two kinds of genetical distances between seven sugarcanc parents were estimated in clonal and seedling generations.Meantime,the relationship between these two kinds of genetic distances and major econom- ical characters of hybrids were investigated.The major results were as follows:the genetic distance in elonal generation had a significantly positive relationship with stalk diameter in bybrids;the genetic distance in seedling generation had a significantly positive relationship with stalk diameter,clump weight and clump weight×brix in hybrids.So,it is suggested that the genetic distance in seedling generation should be used as important criterion in pairing parents.
