摘要食品冷链物流的运作模式对其运作效率产生直接影响,本文在总结现有运作模式的基础上提出虚拟企业运作模式,并建立了食品冷链物流业务流程的Petri网模型;在此基础上重点应用信息熵对各种运作模式的时效性、质效性及效用值进行了定量评估,为我国食品冷链物流的运作模式选择提供依据。 The operation mode of cold chain logistics has a direct impact on its operation efficiency. This paper put forward a virtual enterprise operation mode after summarizing current operation modes, then builds a Petri net model for all business process of cold chain logistics, based on which, it applies information entropy to evaluate the timeliness, quality and utility value of all operation modes. The result provides new insights into the selection of the operation mode of cold chain logistics for our country.
