摘要
孤独症作为一种由环境和遗传因素共同导致的神经发育障碍,男童发病比例高于女童已成为共识,但对其原因我们仍然知之甚少。本文系统回顾和分析了孤独症儿童在发病率和临床表现上的性别差异,并介绍了目前比较有代表性的几个解释模型。本文认为,孤独症性别差异的解释模型符合人类对残疾本质理解的发展过程,多学科、多方法的综合研究是今后孤独症儿童病理研究的方向,在尚未明晰孤独症病理前,教育和康复对孤独症儿童的积极发展具有不可替代的作用。
Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder caused by both environmental and genetic factors. It is well known that the prevalence of autism in boys is much higher than that in girls, bat little is known about the reasons. This paper reviews autistic children' s gender difference in prevalence and clinical manifestations, as well as several typical models of explanation. The authors think the models of explanation for autism' s gender dif- ference accord with human' s understanding of the nature of disability. Multi-disciplinary and multi-method re- search is a new trend in the study of the pathology in autism. Education and rehabilitation play an in,placeable and positive role in the development of autistic children before the pathology in autism is made clear.
