摘要
目的测定并比较山东产虎掌南星与市售天南星水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物和氯仿浸出物的含量。方法采用《中国药典》附录中浸出物含量测定法。结果山东产虎掌南星与市售品的浸出物含量存在显著差异,以山东产虎掌南星质量为佳。结论不同溶剂浸出物含量测定结果为天南星药材质量标准的制定积累了参考数据。
Objective To determine and compare the extract content of water, alcohol and trichlormethane from PineUiae Pedaci- sectae pedatisectae Rhizoma which cultivated in Shandong and some samples of Arisaematis Rhizoma on market. Methods The de- termination method of extract was adopted according to the appendix of Pharmacopoecia of PRC. Results The difference of the ex- tract contents between Arisaematis Rhizoma in Shandong and those samples from market was notable, and the quality of the former was better. Conclusion This study can provide important reference data for quality analysis of Arisaematis Rhizoma .
