摘要
目的:研究仙人掌多糖的提取工艺及其影响因素,分析仙人掌多糖的理化特性,为仙人掌多糖的提取和应用提供指导和帮助。方法:采用传统的水提法对仙人掌多糖进行提取,对影响提取率的温度、料液比和时间等因素进行初步的探索研究。结果:当提取温度为90℃、料液比为1∶10、提取时间为2h时,仙人掌多糖的提取率最高。结论:理化特性研究表明,仙人掌多糖具有良好的温度、pH值及盐浓度的耐受性及稳定性,该提取方法可行。
Water extraction method was used to extract polysaccharide from cacti in this paper. The influencing factors of tempera- ture, extraction time and solvent ration were researched. The result showed the extraction rate of cactus polysaccharide was maxi- mum at the conditon of 90℃ temperature, solvent ration 1 : 10 and 2h extraction time. The research of properties indicated the cactus polysaccharide had good tolerance or stability to temperature, pH and salt.
