高层住宅厨房集中排烟道系统烟气热压作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对高层住宅厨房集中排烟系统排烟困难的问题,对33层等截面集中排烟道的排烟状况进行现场测试,记录不同开机率下各楼层用户排烟支管、主排烟道内气体速度值与压力值,结果发现楼层开机率对系统排烟能力、各层用户排烟的均匀性都有很大影响。在实验数据验证的基础上,运用数值模拟的方法分析集中排烟道内烟气热压作用对系统排烟的影响。结果表明:排烟温度一定时,室外空气温度越低,系统排烟能力越大,系统各层用户排烟也越均衡。当排烟温度与室外空气温差值不大时,烟气热压作用并不明显。 According to the problem of exhaust difficulty in the centralized exhaust system of residential kitchen in high-rise buildings o Smoke situation of 33 layer exhaust system was tested, and recorded flue gas speed and wind pressure. The results found that the operation rate has great influence in exhaust capacity and smoke uniformity. On the basis of experi- mental date to verify, numerical Simulation was applied to analysis of floors operation rate and thermal effect of flue gas on the influence of the exhaust capacity. The results show that when outdoor air temperature is slower, Smoke exhaust in better condition and was more balanced. When the smoke temperature and the outdoor air temperature difference is not big, thermal effect of the flue gas is not obvious.
