阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效评估 被引量：7

摘要 目的为了评价阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床治疗效果。方法总结我单位收治冠心病心绞痛患者66例资料,按照用药不同进行分组:单纯选择阿司匹林进行治疗的30例资料为对照组,选择阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷进行治疗的36例资料为观察组,治疗后按照文中疗效标准进行评价,最后统计学方法比较组间疗效差异性。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为91.7%(显效23例+有效10例),对照组患者治疗后总有效率为70%(显效12例+有效9例),二组患者疗效结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡咯雷与阿司匹林对冠心病心绞痛患者具有满意的临床疗效。
