摘要
婴幼儿血管瘤是婴幼儿最常见的皮肤良性肿瘤,多数学者主张早期适度干预治疗,但迄今尚无较完美的治疗手段。激光治疗具有其他有创治疗方法不能比拟的美容优势,作者就目前常用的激光治疗手段和疗效进行文献复习,并对其治疗优点、并发症和适应证进行讨论。
Infantile hemangioma is the most common benign tumor in infants and childhood. Most authors proposed to be treated in the early stage, but there were no ideal therapeutic methods till now. Laser therapy provides unique cosmetic advantages over other traumatic therapies. In this paper, we reviewed various laser treatment methods, discussed their efficacy, complications and indications for infantile hemangiomas.

秦中平（1962-），男，主任医师，硕士研究生导师。现任山东省临沂市肿瘤医院院长、省A级血管瘤特色专科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会脉管性疾病学组副组长．中国抗癌协会头颈肿瘤专业委员会委员，《中国口腔颌面外科杂志》、《山东医药》编委。从事肿瘤外科专业30年．在血管瘤、脉管畸形的治疗和研究方面取得了显著成绩。在国内外专业期刊发表第一作者论文56篇，被SCI收录4篇．副主编中文著作3部。先后获得国家专利2项，山东省科技进步奖二等奖2项、三等奖4项．国家科技进步奖二等奖1项（合作）。先后被评为全国卫生系统先进工作者、山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家．享受国务院政府特殊津贴【通信作者】秦中平，E-mail：qinzhongpingl962@163．cornQ2013年版权归《中国口腔颌面外科杂志》编辑部所有
