摘要
面板是混凝土面板堆石坝安全稳定的重要部位,铜止水制作和安装是面板防渗关键环节。在泽城西安水电站大坝面板施工过程中,采用自行设计的铜止水加工模具,结构简单、操作方便,实现了铜止水的连续加工成型,最大限度地减少了铜止水的焊缝,节约了施工成本,加快了施工进度,并提高了铜止水的施工质量。
The facing slab is the important component part for security and stability of concrete facing rockfill dam.Making and installing the copper water seal are the key link for seepage control of facing slab.In the construction period of placing the concrete facing slab in Zecheng Xi’an Hydroelectric power station Project,the self-designing instrument to make copper water seal was adopted.The practice indicated that the structure of this instrument was simple,its operation was convenient,continuously making the water seal was realized,the number of wild seam was reduced to a large extent,the construction cost was decreased,the construction schedule was quickened,and the construction quality of copper water seal was raised.
