摘要
通过对BOT项目融资模式的介绍,结合养殖场建设沼气工程项目的特征,研究构建养殖场沼气工程建设BOT项目融资模式,阐述应用BOT模式的主要优势,建立BOT模式的实施流程,为规模化养殖场沼气工程建设项目开展项目融资奠定了一定的理论基础。
Through introducing BOT project financing model,combined with characteristics of the construction of biogas project farms,BOT financing model was studied,the main advantages were elaborated,the operation process of BOT model was established,which will lay a theoretical foundation for financing of large-scale farm biogas engineering.
