实验性正畸牙移动过程中EphB4/ephrinB2促成骨作用的研究进展

摘要 正畸治疗过程中,对牙齿施加相对缓慢而持久的轻力可通过牙周膜组织传导至牙槽骨,从而引起骨改建,达到牙齿移动的目的。机械张力作用于牙周膜成纤维细胞(PDLF)后激活ephrinB2,随后PDLF与邻近PDLF和成骨细胞通过EphB4/ephrinB2相互作用,两者协同促进成骨。本文简要介绍PDLF对张力产生应答后激活EphB4/ephrinB2并促进成骨相关机制的最新进展。
