天然灵菌红素类化合物结构与生物活性的研究进展 被引量:8

The Structure and Bioactivity of Natural Prodiginines

摘要 灵菌红素类化合物(Prodigionines)是一类由革兰氏阴细菌和革兰氏阳细菌产生的具有生物活性的次生代谢产物。其分子结构都具有一个三吡咯环母核,由于具有良好的抗肿瘤及免疫抑制活性,近年来越来越受到科研工作者的关注。本文对几种灵菌红素的结构及生物活性进行综述,以期为此类化合物用于药物的研发及临床试验提供参考。 The red-pigmented prodiginines are bioactivity secondary metabolites produced by both Gram- negative and Gram-positive bacterial.These groups have the same structure contained a common 4- methoxy-2,2'- bipyrrole ring system and have received renewed attention owing to reported immunosuppressive and anticaneer properties.In this review the chemical structure and bioactivity of some of the prodiginines are discussed,which provides potentially reference for development of pharmaceuticals as well as clinical test.
