摘要
纯电动汽车高压系统的架构是保证人员和汽车设备安全的关键,涉及配电方案、高压互锁、高压部件的选型及在整车上的布置位置等。文章从现有的典型纯电动汽车的高压系统电气架构分析入手,进行优缺点的比较,并结合在纯电动车上的实际应用,提出了2种不同的高压电气架构方案。这2种方案均基于安全及保证各零部件独立工作的原则,尽可能地缩减结构模块和降低成本。结果表明,2种方案满足电动汽车的要求,具有安全、简单且易实现的优点,同时具有很好的通用性。
The high pressure electrical system architecture in electric vehicles is critical for passenger and vehicle safety,involved power distribution scheme, high voltage interlock, the selections as well as arrangements of high pressure components.This paper introduces the typical electrical system architecture of battery electric vehicle compared with the advantages and disadvantages of two different architectures respectively, two different designs for high pressure electrical system architecture were put forward in the application of the architecture on an actual electric vehicle. Base on the principle of safety and independent working condition for each component, the design aimed at reducing the number of architecture modules and minimizing costs simultaneously. The results show that both designs can meet the requirement of electric vehicles functionality,and the advantages such as safety, simplicity and easy-implementation as well as universal compatibility of the architecture were presented at the same time.
