摘要
研究供热机组的能耗特性对供热机组的节能减排有重要意义。本文以某300MW供热机组为研究对象,采用变工况模拟及理论分析方法研究获得了煤耗率与热电比的关系,发现在大多数工况下,机组的煤耗率随热电比的增加而线性减小,热电比可作为衡量供热机组热经济性的辅助指标;但在单抽工业抽汽工况下,如设定工业抽汽量不变,则煤耗率随热电比的增加而增加;而煤耗率与热电比的关系与很多因素有关,其相互作用非常复杂,需要进行更深入的研究。
Studying the energy consumption characteristics of heat-supply unit has important significance for energy conservation and emissions reduction in heat-supply unit. Based on a 300MWheat-supply unit as the research object, this paper obtains the relationship between coal consumption rate and heat-to-electric ratio through the variable condition simu- lation and theory analysis. And it finds that in most conditions, the unit coal consumption rate decreases linearly with the in- crease of heat-to-electric ratio, which can be used as an auxiliary index to measure the thermal efficiency of heat-supply u- nit. But in a single suction condition of industrial extraction, if we set the industrial extraction steam quantity changeless, the coal consumption rate increases with the increase of heat-to-electric ratio. However the relationship between coal consump- tion rate and heat-to-electric ratio relates to many factors which have very complicated interaction and need for further re- search.
