摘要
组织文化研究有利于人职科学匹配,在促进大学生就业中具有导向、激励、筛选等作用,高等教育应关注和传授组织文化的内涵及发展趋势、选择相应组织文化的方法、适应组织文化的途径等。组织文化不认同是当前我国高校毕业生就业难的主体症结,就业难的现状凸显高校组织文化教育缺失。我们应进一步明确组织文化教育的应有位置,更加注重组织文化体验实践教学,搭建组织文化展示教育平台,提高教师尤其是就业指导教师的组织文化教学能力,全面加强组织文化教育。
Organizational culture research is helpful for scientific matching of people and jobs, and it has important effects during the graduates' employment, such as guiding, encouraging and filtering. Higher education should pay more attention to and impart the connotation and the development trend of organizational culture, the method to choose appropriate organizational culture and the way to adapt to organizational culture. The disagreement of organizational culture is the major cause of the difficulties in student employment, which also reveals the insufficiency of culture education. Thus, we should make it clear that organizational culture indeed plays an important role in higher education, care more about practice teaching of cultural experience, build the performance platform, improve the teaching abilities of teachers especially careers teacher and finally reach the purpose of strengthening overall organizational culture education.
