摘要
目的探讨散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果及安全性。方法选择我院收治的子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,根据入院先后随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用曼月乐治疗,观察组采用散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐治疗。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后6个月月经量、痛经程度、子宫体积、血清CA125水平等情况,同时对两组患者治疗后不良反应发生情况及生活质量进行对比分析。结果经过6个月的治疗,观察组患者显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者子宫体积均较治疗前明显缩小(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组子宫体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者血清CA125均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组血清CA125明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量PGWBI评分平均为(84.7±10.6)分,明显高于对照组的(72.4±9.7)分(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.3%,对照组为26.5%,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病能发挥良好的协同作用,不仅能提高临床疗效、降低单用曼月乐的高风险,而且能明显改善患者的生活质量,在一定程度上提高了患者的用药依从性和满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of uterine glandular myopathy treating with san- fie analgesic capsule and mirena. Methods The patients with uterine glandular rnyopathy in our hospital were random- ly divided into observation group and control group according to the admission sequence. Control group was treated with mirena, observation group were treated with sanjie analgesic capsule and mirena. The menstrual quantity, degree of dys- menorrhea, uterine volume,serum CA125 level of the two groups before and after 6 months treatment were observed, The adverse reactions and life quality after treatment in both groups were analyzed. Results After 6 months treatment, the efficiency and total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; uterine volume of the two groups was significantly narrowed （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） , but the uterine volume of observation group was less than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; serum CA125 of the two groups was significantly lower （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ） ,but observation group was lower than that of control group （P 〈0. 05）. The quality of life PG／VBI score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （84.7 ± 10.6 vs. 72.4 ±9.7, P 〈0. 01 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group （8.3 % vs. 26. 5 % ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Sanjie analgesic capsule combined with mirena has a good synergy effect on uterine glandular myopathy,it not only can improve the clinical curative effect, reduce the high-risk of using myopa- thy, but also can obviously improve the patient＇s quality of life, improve the patients medication compliance and satis- faction to a certain extent,it is worthy of clinical popularization.
