摘要
目的通过多个科室联合护理查房,优化急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者急救绿色通道流程。方法由抢救流程中涉及的科室(急诊科、导管室、CCU、心内科)护理人员共同参与,针对实际病例进行工作流程演示与讨论,针对工作流程,找出各个流程中的不足,并进行讨论分析,提出具体措施,解决临床实际问题,优化护理工作流程。结果建立院内急诊室、导管室、CCU规范化护理流程,使ST段抬高心肌梗死患者首次球囊扩张时间平均缩短了31min,平均住院日及人均住院费用均有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论优化后的绿色通道流程,保障了绿色通道的护理品质,提高了工作效率,体现了急救的时效性。
Objective To optimize the process of green channel for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infaretion（STEMI） hy multi-department ward round. Methods The nurses in the emergency department,catheter ruom,cardiae care unit （CCU） and cardiology de-partment worked together to analyze the problems in the green channel for patients with acute myocardial infarction and propose improvement measures to optimize the process. Results The standardized nursing process frum emergency room to catheter room and finally to CCU. The door-to-balloon（DTB） time was redueed by 31 minutes in average; the average days of hospital stay and medial cost were significantly cut down（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The optimized process of green channel for STEM1 patients can guarantee the quality of nursing,improve work efficiency arid reflect the timeliness of first aid.
