摘要
武汉市二环快速通道武汉黄浦大街—金桥大道跨京广铁路斜拉桥工程,桥面为从标准宽度39.000m渐变至49.899m宽的双边预应力混凝土箱梁,最大悬浇节段重达903.1t,设计承载能力10 000kN,为目前国内少见的复合牵索式三角挂篮。结合工程实例,通过其施工挂篮的设计方案、施工工艺及效果的描述,重点介绍了此三角挂篮的构造,挂篮悬臂浇筑施工工艺以及变宽截面挂篮行走工艺流程。
Abstract :At the intersection where the Huangpu Street-Jinqiao Road express way in Wuhan City passes over the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, the main girder adopts double-triangle side box girder. The width of bridge floor gradually changes from 39. 000m (width of standard section) to 49. 899m. The design bearing capacity of the bridge is 10 000kN and the weight of the largest cantilever casting section is about 900t. Based on the actual engineering practice, through description of design proposal, construction method and result, this paper mainly introduces the structure of complex guyed traveler and cantilever casting method, which is used in bridge sections construction of variable widths.
