摘要
收集了国内外6个硫化异丁烯样品进行了模拟性能评定和活性硫含量分析,表明硫烯的极压和腐蚀性能与活性硫含量之间具有较显著的对应关系。通过对铜粉反应前后的硫烯样品进行GC-MS分析,对主要组分的化学结构进行鉴定,并对各组分的活性强弱进行初步排序。
The performances of six sulfurized isobutene samples collected from domestic and oversea suppliers were inves- tigated. The result indicated that there is a significant correlation between the active sulfur content and the performances of extreme pressure and corrosion. GC - MS was employed to identify the chemical structure of main component and prelimi- narily compare the activity of different active sulfur component by the variation of the relative content of the samples before and after the reaction with copper powder.
