摘要
目的总结重症烧伤并下肢静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者的临床护理措施,提高患者的生命质量。方法回顾我院治疗烧伤患者的实际工作并且参考文献,治疗、护理1例重症烧伤并DVT患者。结果该患者经治疗、护理后症状及体征明显改善。结论重症烧伤患者要重视临床护理、防范措施,减少DVT的发生,对于出现DVT的患者要更加重视临床治疗和临床护理工作。
Objective To sum up and analyze the nursing care of severely burning patient complicated by deep venous thrombosis and to improve their quality of life. Methods A severely burning patient complicated by venous thrombosis was treated in our hospital. In addition the clinical data of other patients with severely burns were sum up. Results After therapy and cared, life signs of the patient was obviously improved. Conclusion Severely burning patient calls for professional care which can reduce the oceurrence of deep venous thrombosis.
